PMDSU

Sudah lama sekali sampai akhirnya memutuskan membuka kembali medsos ini. 

Ini adalah kisahku setelah resmi mendapatkan gelar S.Pd 15 Juni 2015 kemarin, setelah dinyatakan lulus bulan maret 2015. Tenggang waktu yang cukup lama sejak dinyatakan lulus dan mendapat gelar S.Pd. Seperti kebanyakan mahasiswa yang baru saja lulus, aku merasa kebingungan. Akan kukemanakan diriku? haruskah tetap tinggal di Semarang atau balik ke rumah dan mencari kerja disana? Atas saran dari orang tua akhirnya aKu memutuskan untuk tinggal di Semarang setidaknya sampai hari wisuda, 15 Juni. Maret berlalu tanpa suatu hal penting yang kulakukan. Hanya bolak-balik kampus-kos tanpa tujuan dan juga bekerja part-time di sore harinya. Dan akhirnya aku pun merasa bosan, masa iya setiap pagi hanya duduk depan tv tanpa melakukan sesuatu sehingga akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk mencari pekerjaan full time. Aku pun mengajak temanku yang sama-sama sudah lulus untuk melamar pekerjaan. Dia pun setuju. seminggu kemudian dia bercerita kalau sudah dapat pekerjaan di tempat tinggalnya, Batang. Terus? ya terjadi miskomunikasi disini. Kupikir waktu itu aku kurang jelas mengatakan kalau aku ingin bersama dengannya mencari pekerjaan full time di Semarang bukan di hometown masing-masing. Aku tidak mungkin bilang tidak saat dia sudah mendapat pekerjaannya. Meskipun agak kecewa karena ditinggal teman yang berarti dia harus pulang kampung lebih cepat sebelum wisuda, aku berusa ikut bahagia dan memberi selamat padanya. Yap, fix aku sendiri! 

4 Mei 2015, aku mendapat kabar baik dari mbak kosku. Ada lowongan pekerjaan di Al Azhar 25 dengan DL 7 Mei 2015. Yes masih ada hari untuk mempersiapkan dokumen. Bersama mbak kos ku yang juga sedang mencari pekerjaan yang lebih layak kami memasukkan lamaran pada H-1. Tiga hari kemudian ada pemberitahuan lolos seleksi administrasi dan aku berhak mengikuti serangkaian tahapan tes. 

11 Mei 2015, Tes tahap pertama. Tes ini meliputi tes hafalan surat pendek, tes praktek sholat, tes bacaan do'a-do'a, dan wawancara bahasa inggris. Dimulai pukul 07.30 dan berakhir 12.00. Tiga hari kemudian aku mendapat pemberitahuan lolos tes tahap satu dan berhak mengikuti tes tahap 2

16 Mei 2015, Tes tahap kedua, meliputi tes pengetahuan matematika, ipa, bahasa Indonesia dan tes pedagogik. Sama seperti testahap 1, tes ini dumulai pukul 07.30 sampai 12.00. meskipun tidak yakin dengan hasilnya, karena ternya materi yang diteskan terutama matematika sulit sekali, akhirnya aku mendapat pemberitahuan lolos seleksi tahap 2 dan berhak mengikuti psikotest. Dari sekitar 200 pendaftar hanya d8 orang yang berhak mengikuti psikotes.

23 Mei 2015 Tes tahap ketiga, psikotest. Ini memang bukan yang pertama kali aku mengikuti psikotes. Empat tahun lalu aku sudah pernah mengikutinya. Tapi yaa empat tahun, banyak yang sudah ku lupakan. Psikotes ini bekerja sama dengan lab psikologi UNIKA Soegiyapranata dan langsung dites oleh psikolog. Wow, hanya untuk posisi guru IPA  SD saja psikotesnya pakai yang beneran (dalam hati). Ternyata psikotes lebih melelahkan drai yang kuingat. pukul 12.30 kami selesai melaksanakan psikotes. hasil psikotes tidak langsung diumumkan, dan kali langsung lanjut ke tahap tes berikutnya yaitu microteaching. Setelah mengambil jadwal microteaching aku mendapat jatah hari senin, 25 Mei 2015 di kelas IV dengan materi sistem rangka. Hanya dalam waktu yang singkat aku harus menyiapkan RPP, Media dan perlengkapan lainnya. Setelah kesana kemari mencari inspirasi akhirnya aku memutuskan untuk mengawalinya dengan dancebone. Yap, finally done!

25 Mei 2015Tes tahap empat, microteaching. kebagian kelas empat yangpaling aktif. oke fine aku ga pernah dapet pengalaman ngajar anak SD dalam jumlah banyak di satu kelas. paling hanya 6 orang itu di kelas olimpiade. sedangkan mereka 30 siswa dengan karakter yang sangat sangat sangat aktif semua. oke aku kuwalahan. sudahlah, aku tidak banyak berharap. aku sudah berusaha melakukan yang terbaik dan kuserahkan semuanya pada tuhanku. aku kembali dari kelas menuju parkiran, mengambil motor, dan pulang. 

3 Juni 2015. they said to annouce the result in this date or June 5. I'm still waiting on my phone. sampai sore ya nothing. Berusaha menghubungi kenalan yang sama-sama daftar disana, di pun belum dapat. akhirnya kau memutuskan menunggu sampai tanggal 5

5 Juni 2015, H-2 dari DL SM3T (My last hope). oke aku memutuskan kalau hari ini aku tidak mendapat pemberitahuan aku akan mendaftar sm3T. Pagi - siang - sampai sore tidak ada sms, aku mencoba menanyai temanku yang juga mendaftar. ya dia dapet sms. fix aku DITOLAK!. Kacau, down banget. Itu harapanku satu-satunya agar tetap bisa di Semarang. ya kalau akhirnya rencanaNya seprti ini dan aku harus keluar dari Semarang, aku bisa apa?? 

5 Juni 2015 malam. Aku fix mendaftar SM3T. 

Saat masih proses mengikuti seleksi SM3T, aku mendapat info beasiswa PMDSU dari temanku yang lolos di Al azhar 25 dan sekarang menjadi pengajar disana. Galau bangeett! Memutuskan untuk lanjut SM3T atau mendaftar PMDSU. Ibuku lebih memilih agar aku SM3T, tapi aku belum siap. Aku belum siap jauh dari orang tua ku. Teman-temanku yang wisuda bersamaan denganku kebanyakan mengikuti program ini. SM3T lebih linier dengan basicku, sedangkan PMDSU hanya da ilmu murni apalagi di batch 2 term 1 hanya da 7 universitas yang membuka tanpa ada UGM ataupun UI. Yang menawarkan biologi pun sedikit hanya ada di UNDIP dan UNAIR. Akhirnya aku memutuskan berkonsultasi dengan profesorku, kajurku, dan dosen pengujiku dan juga mbak kos ku yang juga di satu prodi yang akan ku ambil. alhamdulillah masalah linieritas selesai. the all said that my previous study program is linier with MSDP. Tapi maslahnya aku belum berhasil meyakinkan ibuku. Walaupun belum mendapatkan restu dari ibu aku segera mengurus emua dokumen-dokumen yang kuperlukan. Menghubungi dosen-dosenku yang pernah bekerjasama denganku untuk meminta rekomendasi, membaca jurna-jurnal untuk membuat research plan, mencari inspirasi untuk membuat motivation later. H-1 penutupan pendaftaran PMDSU aku baru membayar biaya pendaftaran dan memasukkan berkas. hmm bismillah semoga memang rejekiku disini. 

6 Juli 2015 tes seleksi MSDP PMDSU. dimulai pukul 08.00 di gedung Widya Puraya, UNDIP, Tembalang. Dengan perasaan yang cukup deg-degan dan ter underestimate karena anak UNNES aku mencoba berbaur dengan mereka-mereka yang dari univ-univ keren itu. ya mencoba saja dulu apa salahnya pikirku. Tes pertama TPA dari jam 09.00 sampai 11.00, cukup menguras energi apalagi waktu itu bulan ramadhan. Selai TPA dilanjutkan tes b.inggris untuk yang belum mengumpulkan toefl ITP. Alhamdulillah sertifikat toeflku sudah ITP jadi gak perlu tes lagi. Bisa simpan energi buat tes selanjutnya. Pukul 14.00 tes menulis essay b.inggris on stage. Prof Ocky said to all MSDP candidat to write about "why i am the best candidate for PMDSU MSDP programm?" wahh gila harus bener-bener menjual skill ini (pikirku). Entah dapat ide dari mana tiba-tiba tulisan bahasa inggrisku cepet dan berbobot. Aku menghabiskan 1,5 lembar folio hihi. nengok kanan kiri dan cukup lah insyaallah. 10 menit berlalu, kami dikelompokkan berdasarkan pilihan prodi. Calon anak MSDP ada sekitar 16 anak dan memperebutkan 6 posisi @3 orang 1 promotor dengan 2 kursi disediakan untuk alumni UNDIP. yahh kemungkinanku tipis. Ga masalah yang penting mencoba hihi. Urutan ketiga Diah ayuningrum dipanggil untuk wawancara dengan kedua promotor dan kajur MSDP. full english! woww... hihi dengan bahasa yang almost fluent kujawab apa adanya terutama masalah latar belakangku. oke almost done! Prof Ocky said, if i got this scholarship i have to study hard because of my previous study i never been learned abaout haw to use PCR, micropippet, ang all teh things in biomolecular lab. Yes in may previous study program we didn't get that matter.  Our lab have, but educational student don't get that matter. 

10 Juli 2015 hari pengumuman. Kucoba buka website tapi belum ada pengumuman. ya sudah tunggu saja. aku tidak berharap banyak kok. aku berngkat ngelesi seperti biasa dan sampai kos malam. malam hari pukul 9.00 kucoba mengaktifkan WA. ada WA dari nomor baru. mba anin ya kenalan waktu tes. she asked about the announcement. yes i said it didn't come out yet. but she replied congratulation! what??? i did?? yes she said we did! Alhamdulillah ya Allah i never imagine i did it!
